Many guests are frequent visitors to the Exhibitions at the NEC, whilst others are working in Solihull or Birmingham Business Park areas,  benefitting from their easy access; others are visiting the village itself for a wedding or other family gathering.

Everyone is well looked after! WiFi access for internet  (of course!!)

Prices per night will depend on time of year, number of nights etc. but as a guide:

Twin en suite with breakfast for 2 people is £50 to £65 per night.

For single occupancy rates this tends to £40 to £45 per night.

At quieter times of the year the price can always be discussed, as it can for those looking for a longer stay ( several weeks) on a no breakfast basis, which suits some guests.
