Many guests are frequent visitors to the Exhibitions at the NEC, whilst others are working in Solihull or Birmingham Business Park areas,  benefitting from their easy access; others are visiting the village itself for a wedding or other family gathering.

Meriden Road is the B4102 and is the main road through Hampton-in-Arden, connecting Solihull and Meriden.

Chelsea  Lodge, 48 Meriden Road can be found on the right hand side when leaving the village or walking from the railway station in the direction of Meriden, it is at the end of a service road comprising of nine detached houses mid way between the railway station and Diddington Lane.

If approaching from the direction of Meriden it is the tenth house on the left hand side after passing Lapwing Drive.
